The Rodial Group Creative Studio is responsible for the design and content creation of two brands, Rodial and Nip+Fab, across all touchpoints in the business. The purpose of this role is to bring world class video expertise to the Creative Studio. This role will allow us to add and create more video content for both branded channels and establish an instantly recognizable video identity. Marketing Manager

As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for the external brand communication of Nip+Fab in the UK and US, plus the co-ordination and execution of marketing strategy with our international distributors. You combine marketing and brand management knowledge to support the shaping of the brands overall strategy and own its execution across platforms and channels, working cross functionally with all internal teams to deliver consistent messages, brand values, look and feel. Your key responsibility will be to define the brand communication strategy to our current consumer base and to new audiences. You will build a commercially minded expenditure budget, focussed on bringing the Nip+Fab message to life across channels, defining the channels utilised spend plan and ROI. You will be a hands-on leader who takes their strategy and executes with accuracy and passion for the brand whilst both directly managing the marketing team and working collaboratively with all brand stakeholders. You will play a key role in defining the tone of voice and future brand messaging communicated globally with the support of the Assistant Marketing Manager. Working closely with the Head of Ecommerce, Head of PR & Social, Head of Creative and Head of NPD for Nip+Fab. You will build a complex strategy which serves each of our varied customer profiles, driven by our “A Fix For Every Skin Concern” strategy, defining, co-ordinating and executing a bespoke communication style by communication channel.
